San Felipe, the �gateway to the Sea of Cortez,� is renowned as the shrimp capital of Baja California, Mexico, where giant, blue shrimp naturally grow in its gorgeous blue waters.
The annual Shirmp Festival is organized by Mexicali Tourism Committee,and will feature famous guest chefs, entertainment for all ages with carnival rides for children and winery and tequila tastings for adults
About Dick Botkin
I currently live in Surprise, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Maine, where my interest in photograhy was discovered. I got my first camera, a Kodak Brownie, when I was six or seven years old, and I've been hooked on the art of photography ever since. A year or so later, I got my first processing and print making kit and I began to realize that I could be as creative, if not more so, in the darkroom than in the field. Over the years, my cameras and darkroom got more complex, giving me more creative tools to work with.
